Don't waste your time or money with this service department. Not only do they not listen to their customers, they also don't believe in communicating with their customers. My first encounter was with the service advisor Sam. He went MIA on me and push me onto another advisor Gary, who was worse than Sam. They had my vehicle for several days and refused to give me a status. Both my husband and I made attempts to get a status but no one would return our calls. We had to physically go up there before they gave us a half-xxx answer. When I finally received my vehicle, the problem had not been fixed. Thinking that maybe it was just those two advisors that were the issue, I decided to get additional repairs done, but with a different advisor - this time I as given Brian. I got the same crappy service: vehicle not ready when promised, Service Advisor not returning my text messages or phone calls, and my vehicle is still having the same problems I went in from initially. I am out of pocket almost $1200. More

He knows his business well and went above standard protocol to see if some items in question would be covered by my extended warranty. They were in fact covered but after a second thorough inspection before the work began; they figured out there was a mis diagnosis from the original inspection. Ron took the time to let the technician know where he mis diagnosed and used it as a training excercise in order to further the technicians knowledge! Anyway, I felt well looked after upon closing out my work order. I have just used the first available service writer in the past but will definitely be looking for Ron on my next service visit!!! It's rare these days to find good help but Ron fits that description and actually exceeds it... More
Chris was very supportive and ensured the issue was covered by the powertrain warranty. Easy to deal with,able to work with Morris on pricing,showed me how to use the all of the bells and stuff as best he could explain to a 77 year old. I really enjoyed working with Morris.
