Rockwall Ford Purchase I purchased a used 2014 Ford F150 from this dealership on March 22, 2025. Just three weeks later, the check engine light came on. I contacted Alejandro, the sales representative, F150 from this dealership on March 22, 2025. Just three weeks later, the check engine light came on. I contacted Alejandro, the sales representative, who initially seemed willing to help. After informing him of the code read by Autozone(O2 sensor), he mentioned he would look into getting me a discount on the parts. However, after waiting for nearly two weeks without any update, I decided to drop the vehicle off for a thorough check. Additionally, the back end of the vehicle was making a noise when holding down the brake and putting it in reverse. The next day, I was informed that they recommend all four O2 sensors be replaced and that there was also an oil leak. News to me. This was just 3.5 to 4 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, and I hadn't even made my first monthly payment yet. The estimated cost for repairs was between $1600-$2000. I requested a call from a manager in the sales department, but received no response despite repeated attempts. I was constantly told that they were either at lunch or in a meeting. Frustrated, I went back to the dealership to speak with someone face-to-face. The best they could offer was a $400 discount on the repair costs. As a loyal customer for years, I felt completely disregarded and disrespected. There was no compassion or empathy from the staff. I can't help but wonder if I was treated this way because I'm a woman. When I purchased the vehicle, I was assured that it was in good condition and had been thoroughly inspected. Clearly, this was not the case. I trusted your dealership to provide a reliable vehicle, and you have failed to meet this expectation.This experience has left me feeling very disrespected and brushed off. I expected better customer service and support from Rockwall Ford, but unfortunately, they have failed to meet even the basic standards. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and trustworthy service. More

All staff are so nice making sure all your concerns are discussed.
