My experience as a whole was outstanding at Rockland Nissan. I was greeted promptly after walking in by my salesmen Mitch Gordon and he did not rush me or try to give me a sales pitch in any way. He asked my needs for the vehicle and answered all my questions. He went over all the options available to me and I decided on the Altima due to all the great features including gas mileage! He located the exact car i wanted and i was able to pick it up 2 days later after working out a very good deal! The finance manager Rashid was informative and helped me pick an extended warranty that catered to the amount of miles i put on the car(30k/year), i can sleep well at night! I really could not of asked for more from a friendly staff that went above and beyond for me, Mitch even helped me transfer my stuff from my old car to my new car, talk about full service. I would highly recommend the dealership and Mitch to anyone who is in need of a new vehicle at a great price with no hassles. More
