BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased 2 years of oil changes (@ reduced prices) when I purchased my car one year ago. When I went in 4/5/2021 for another oil change the salesperson brings out "my" air filter and reduced prices) when I purchased my car one year ago. When I went in 4/5/2021 for another oil change the salesperson brings out "my" air filter and cabin filter- absolutely filthy, crusty, insects... and suggests I'm well overdue to replace these. I know how to do these so I said "No, I'll do it myself". Then, as I was driving home it dawned on me... I had those replaced at Franklin Sussex Hyundai back in the winter when it was freezing outside. So, just now I went and checked my filters in my car. Guess what... my filters are FINE!!! What a gimmick to scam extra money out of customers. I can't wait until my oil changes are done at the end of this year. I'll NEVER go back there nor ever recommend Rockland Hyundai to anyone. Heck, they don't even wash your car after service like other dealers do (Franklin Sussex). Rockland Hyundai totally sux... bunch of liars. More
