Thanks to Keathon , my family, was able to take home a 2012 Kia Sorento with all the bells and whistles! I first meet Keathon last year when he was employed with Yonkers Kia. I was so pleased with Keathon 2012 Kia Sorento with all the bells and whistles! I first meet Keathon last year when he was employed with Yonkers Kia. I was so pleased with Keathon's work effort, honesty, and overall customer service. So pleased that when I attempted to contact Keathon this time around to trade in my 2007 Sportage at Kia and was told he no longer worked there, I googled him hoping to locate him. And behold I sure did. Keathon works with you regardless of your situation. He is not the typical ruthless dealer looking for a way to make quick buck . I respect that. Which is why I travelled 30 minutes away to strictly work with Keathon at Hyundai. However, it was a pleasant surprise to see other sales representatives from Yonkers Kia now at Hyundai with Keathon. You will not be disappointed. I saw the negative reviews about the previous dealers at Rockland Hyundai. But trust me you will be very satisfied with the gentlemen at Rockland Hyundai!! More

Zoran made me feel completely comfortable while looking at vehicles, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. He showed me the elantra, and the sonata. He knew that I preferred the sonata, but wasn't sure ab at vehicles, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. He showed me the elantra, and the sonata. He knew that I preferred the sonata, but wasn't sure about my price range or credit, so he took me on a test drive in the elantra first. I really appreciated that he showed me something he knew I could afford first, and when it was priced out, they let me know how comparable the car that I really wanted was. I took my now car for a test drive, and they worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted in my price range. I had a fantastic experience. More

My experience today was great Keathon Mattocks went over and above he has been working with me for a while to purchase a vehicle since Feb but due to death in family I had to put things on hold , so when and above he has been working with me for a while to purchase a vehicle since Feb but due to death in family I had to put things on hold , so when I was ready to start again he was so helpful to make sure I was very satisfied , he even extended himself to give me a lift and while at the dealership he made me and daughter very comfortable, I would recommend him to anyone he didn't come off as a person just trying to make seal the deal , which I understand that is what it is all about but he really put my needs first and told me if I wasn't happy he would keep searching until he could. You have a gem on your hands . More

While shopping for a new Santa Fe, I looked around at a few different dealerships in the Rockland county area and ended up coming back to Rockland Hyundai because their staff was so much better than the ot few different dealerships in the Rockland county area and ended up coming back to Rockland Hyundai because their staff was so much better than the other dealerships, they weren't pushy, and they offered me a really fair, no BS price. I worked with Zoran, and have to say he really went above and beyond to find what I told him I was looking for. He let me know when a Santa Fe became available that fit what I wanted, and I ended up buying it - it was exactly what I wanted and he was able to get me a very fair price. I'd definitely recommend this dealership, and ask for Zoran, I thought he was a really professional guy and very upfront about everything. More

I visited the dealership with my mother last Saturday and after an entirely positive and productive afternoon left with a happy mother in a brand new Sonata! The sales person, Keithon Mattocks was amazing. after an entirely positive and productive afternoon left with a happy mother in a brand new Sonata! The sales person, Keithon Mattocks was amazing. He was kind, patient, informative and above all, accommodating to my mother's wants and needs. As my mother has specific physical limitations, she requires additional information and assistance. Throughout the afternoon, Keithon went above and beyond any expectations to find answers and solutions to her every concern. They even offered to pick her car up and return it when she requires scheduled maintenance on the vehicle. Our experience with Melvin Abreu and German Flores were exceptional as well. I have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership and its employees. They now have 2 new fans. More

My Mother asked me to come with her to this dealership as she wanted to trade in her Acura for a Hyundai Sonata. I did not know upon arriving at the dealership that we would be spending the entire day and e she wanted to trade in her Acura for a Hyundai Sonata. I did not know upon arriving at the dealership that we would be spending the entire day and end up driving home in a brand new fully equipped beautiful red Sonata! The care, consideration, kindness and true attention to my mother's wants and needs were consistent throughout the day and into the evening. My mother's special needs and requests were met with great patience and problem-solving. She was able to ask all her questions and express her concerns with each and every person and they not only addressed each and every concern, but went above and beyond any expectations to satisfy her requests. If they did not have an answer they would take the time to find it! Keithon Mattocks spent the entire day accomodating and offer solutions to each and every concern my mother raised. He was patient, kind and most of all, respectful and honest. My mother and I left there feeling like we had found a new home! As my mother is handicapped, Keithon offered to go to her home to assist her with dealing with her garage door opener and teaching her how to use many of the features that were new and unknown to her. I cannot say enough positives about the dealership and the people there who assisted us. I live in New Jersey and speak with my mother on a daily basis. Since Saturday (when she took home her new Hyundai) she starts each telephone conversation with "I love my new car!" Thank you Hyundai or Rockland, for making us your #1 fan! More
