From the moment myself and my girlfriend entered the dealership, every interaction with all of the staff was the best i've ever experienced in over 30 years of buying & leasing new cars. We were greeted dealership, every interaction with all of the staff was the best i've ever experienced in over 30 years of buying & leasing new cars. We were greeted at the door as we entered, we were acknowledged immediately and a staff member assured us that someone would be over immediately to help us. Every member of this dealership team couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. Every question was answered and nothing was left for us to wonder about. The team assembled at this dealership is clearly focused on top notch customer service. We were and are so impressed, that we shared our amazing experience on social media as well as with all our friends. There is no doubt that we will return when our leases are coming to an end and i'm sure we will do business again. A special thank you to Scott, Roger, Jennifer, Patricia & Dominique for the impeccable service you provided, your ability to answer all our questions and make us feel as though we've been lifelong friends is just so incredible, i'm not sure that these few words will adequately explain how happy we are with our experience at Rockland Hyundai. Edvard was great. Allowed me to test drive and look over the car for as long as i wanted. Was not pushy at all. I ended up buying the car. I had a very positive experience leasing at Rockland Hyundai . Ed was amazing and was on top of the entire process. Most of the work was done via email and text. Ed was very polite and showed diligence and patience and worked so hard to get me the car I wanted on time. Working with him was amazing and he answered all questions and addressed all my concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better dealer to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is just one of the nicest guys I have met.
