FYI, I had very poor experience with sales staff and inventory at the end of July? You were attempting to unload Jeep Grand Cherokees? The price quoted on base model Laredo in wrong color (no back up camera, lame spare tire) was way off charts. I had true car pricing info on 75 Anniversary edition (which you didn't even have in stock) that was less than price on granite GC. No white or black available? I really thought you might have done a bit better. First stop and waste of time? Best, Jen

Alyssa, We've tried our best to offer the best service possible but have failed to provide everything the way you wanted, which is difficult to do. Although we are open to all business, we do not appreciate when our employees are yelled and cursed at, especially when they are more than competent at their job and have been for many years. We tried to work with you on the cost to make it easier for you as a business owner to keep you up and running but that fact is that it is a 2007 business vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it and it needs work to run efficiently. We wish we could make this relationship work but unfortunately it seems as if we can't come to an agreement regarding the service needs for your 2007 Sprinter and hope that you will have more satisfaction with the originating dealer or a private technician. I understand your frustration with the fact that your vehicle received three different diagnoses. However, since the vehicle was brought to us in a no-start condition, it was difficult to immediately find the issues that were causing your vehicle to hard-start. Thank you for your feedback and review. Our establishment strives to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We will continuously try to improve upon every aspect of our dealership. We take reviews such as this very seriously. As a result, we are highly rated on public forums, review sites, and through Chrysler's customer satisfaction index. Upon your arrival to our dealership you were promptly attended to and walked into the service department by an employee of Rockland CJD. There were a few customers who had arrived prior to you which did lead to a short wait time. You were assisted in the order which you had arrived. Mr. Nugent, you did inquire as to the availability of snow tires; however this inquiry was a few days prior to your visit. When you arrived the advisor did believe that the requested tires were in stock, however he did fail to verify this information. Once the distributor was contacted it was realized that this tire was on backorder. At this point you were contacted immediately and informed of the mistake and expedited shipping was offered for the tires that you had requested. We do sincerely apologize for this lack of communication. This is not a common occurrence within our dealership and we are sorry that it occurred. In order to ensure that the other part of your service request was completed properly and completely we did request to keep your vehicle for 1 extra day. I understand that you did not anticipate that this repair would take more than two hours and stated that this posed a problem for you. We did offer to obtain a loaner car for you and also to pay for this loaner for the duration of his repair. I personally contacted you and numerous attempts were made to discuss your feelings on the visit and apologize for the initial misunderstanding. In addition multiple accommodations were offered to you. We do not like when our customers are not 100% satisfied and happy with the experience they have received at our establishment.
