gave in my car at around 11:30, left it there to change brakes and state inspection (which was way overpriced), the service rap said will have it done around 4 pm and he will call me when done, at 5 I call brakes and state inspection (which was way overpriced), the service rap said will have it done around 4 pm and he will call me when done, at 5 I called no one answered so I called again and again on till finally, I spoke with someone that was not from that deportment and transferred me over to - again voice mail, when I finally reached the guy in charge he answered me "yes come down to pick it up" why didn't he called me that it is ready I don't know, but when I came home I saw that he didn't replace my inspection sticker, now i need to go down again, when people review a dealership and give good reviews is because they are excited about their new vehicle so they give a 5-star review, check their service reviews and see it for yourself, don't look at the overall rating you have to look at their service reviews. I was on line at 7:30 in the morning when the garage doors opened. I pulled up and a worker was there to escort me inside the room and introduced me to the rep who was to take my info. As I sat down he doors opened. I pulled up and a worker was there to escort me inside the room and introduced me to the rep who was to take my info. As I sat down he informed me that my battery was defective. I asked him how did he know so fast. He told me the already plugged my car into the computer. I was amazed at the speed that it was was performed. One hour later I was back on the road again. I can not say enough about the service people and the service at this dealership. In 2019 my family leased three vehicles at on time. And my lease will be up soon. I will not hesitate to return for another vehicle. Thanks for the great job Kevin Leahy More

Went for an oil change and the rotation of my tires. This is the second time going for service and both times they miss something. I I wonder what else they missed just check in the boxes. More
