Anthony was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions thoroughly, while we were getting our car serviced. He also went above and beyond to look into additional things that we asked for that wer questions thoroughly, while we were getting our car serviced. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. No one should ever bring their car to Rockland CDJR. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for servicing because of a warning on the dashboard tha with. No one should ever bring their car to Rockland CDJR. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for servicing because of a warning on the dashboard that the Air Suspension needed immediate repair. First, it took a month to get an appointment. Then they kept the car for a full week and never looked at the air suspension system. Instead they told me I need rear brakes which cost me $1400. Then after the brakes were done, it took them another week to tell me it would cost another $5300 to fix the Air suspension. They told me there was a leak in the system and the compressor was bad. I told them don't bother. Today, I replaced a $5.00 fuse under the hood and the air suspension system is working normally again. Either they intended to rip me off, or they have no idea what they are doing, even with cars they sell. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else if you need service. Every time I have brought my car to Rockland Chrysler Jeep they screwed up the repair. Also, when I first came to this site a month ago, every review was 1 star and negative. Now, a month later every review is 5 stars. They must have paid someone to put all those positive reviews out there. Do not trust them. More

I've been a jeep owner since 2014. My son brought a jeep and my with all from this dealership. The service department in my experience has been questionable at time, but still pretty g My son brought a jeep and my with all from this dealership. The service department in my experience has been questionable at time, but still pretty good. My service representative Mitch was great very professional, very informative and extremely helpful. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection I was in and out in 40+ minutes. Even though I was there for service and not in the market for a new car because I just bought one last year my sales rep. Sam still came by just to say hi. Thats why I keep coming back. Jose More
