This was by far the WORST dealer experience I’ve have ever had in my 64 years! I brought in my truck running but needing engine work and was told I had to pay for the tear down. I purchased the top of th ever had in my 64 years! I brought in my truck running but needing engine work and was told I had to pay for the tear down. I purchased the top of the line Chrysler extended warranty when I bought the truck. They gave me such a hard time and runaround the I had to threaten to bring in my lawyer. At that point they refused to work on my truck and told me to remove it. Problem was it now wouldn’t start at all! They told me I had to pay to tow the vehicle out of their lot. This dealership Is by far the most unreliable and unethical that I have ever dealt with. I will be speaking with my lawyer to explore my options. Some repression for my time and money are needed!!! More
