Order a key for my 2016jk and they made me a keynfor. my 2021 gladiator. No discount or anything . Being a dealer the can't program a key without the car being on the shop however a smithlock guy can do my 2021 gladiator. No discount or anything . No appointment needed for oil change, pulled right up, car was taken quickly and I was out the door within 5 minutes after getting there. Was messaged when car was ready. Poor communication between service and us. I dropped the car off on Sunday and it was finally serviced on Wednesday. We were never called to update us on the status of my car. Left messages and no one got back to us. Handled very unprofessionally.They didn't put the mats back in place after they changed the battery. They never called when the car was finished. More
