Slow service! 3rd transmission in 118,000 miles. Each time I had to wait about 2 weeks to get it serviced after determining the problem. Same was true with a new 3rd transmission in 118,000 miles. I dont write bad reviews for stuff but i had it with this service department. I purchased a used 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. I noticed months ago the paint on my hood is chipping.... I brought the van in on Monday May 2nd @ 7:30am and left van for a week. This appointment was scheduled a month ahead of time. After a number of calls and emails back and forth with Allan St.Germain. I get a phone call on Friday (the day i was told i could pick up the car) saying my car hasn't been moved in a week... he didn't know what happened. He would keep the ticket open and get the car done for me asap. Needless to say after 2 weeks I start getting service survey emails. Which told me the ticket has been closed... I reached out again in about a month ago to our sales associate. he passed my info along to Katrina in service. He told me she would call me and i can explain everything to her. She called a week or so later. Spoke with her she then said she would pass the information along to Allan. I haven't received any call backs and the hood is getting worse. So weather she passed along my info or not I will never know... I also have a problem with the radio having a mind of its own, and the horn also working when it wants to. If it wasn't for our sales guy going above and beyond to help us...we would never step foot in this dealership again... especially the service dept. More
