The sale of the Dodge Grand Caravan was good but when it came to he first service the techcnicians forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front wheel and then did not align the hub caps properly then bendi came to he first service the techcnicians forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front wheel and then did not align the hub caps properly then bending the valve stems, (my wife and handicapped daughter were riding in the van) Service # 2 months later- the technician again did not align the hub caps, and bent the valve stems on the tires again, and the drivers side door was dented at the dealership. The president livio odoardi claims that it was ok because no one was hurt it was a minor problem, he fired the two technicians involved. More

I am writing in regards to my recent experience with this Jeep Service Department. Marco was the main service advisor that I dealt with after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. Marco dealt with me from the day my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed into the dealership lot (with a considerable amount of damage). He was courteous, helpful, understanding and patient. Marco had to deal with me, his service department personnell and also BOTH insurance company appraisers !! Marco was the "man in the middle" of all of these confusing aspects, demands and discrepancies. Additionally, I dealt with Andres who fielded my calls & questions when Marco was unavailable; & who was a wonderful right hand man !! Both of these employees were fabulous !! I would not have asked for anything more out of either of these gentlemen . . . And when all was finally said and done, I was accomodated with a washing and cleaning of my wonderfully repaired vehicle - (which was better than new!) I was very please with the service, accomodations and treatment; & would recommend this dealership, and these employees to anyone ! Awesome is one of the many words I can use to describe my experience at the service department. When it comes down to customer service and service it self it is beyond what I ever expected at a dealer. John, experience at the service department. I live in the Albany, NY area and was without the use of windshield wiper fluid for for (4) months as my local dealership told me they could not get me the needed part due to a high demand...(total integrat windshield wiper fluid for for (4) months as my local dealership told me they could not get me the needed part due to a high demand...(total integrated power module). I was put off in November, December and January as I was told "sorry, nobody has the part you need". Not only is my inspection up this month, but I also had no wipers during the past two winter storms. Rockland was reccomended to me by a co-worker so I called to see if they had the part. They did not, but were able to get the part in and fit me into their busy schedule. The entire process that was taking me (4) months in Albany, took less than (4) days due to the service at Rockland. I would seriously dirve the 2.5 hours if I ever decide to get another jeep in lieu of shopping locally. Not only did they do the job that could not get done in Albany, but they also made me feel like an inportant cutomer. More
