We take your comments very seriously, and I apologize for any miscommunication. We have serviced your Jeep for the past year, and after the water leak was addressed, there were no subsequent issues ever brought to our attention during your later visits. In addition, the water leak was not related with the cabin filter and unfortunately, cabin filters are never covered under warranty as they are a maintenance item.
