We went into the Rockland CJD dealership intending to look at the Grand Caravan and wound up driving home (that day) in a beautiful new Town and County. Jay was fantastic to work with. Our experience with him was easy, and pleasantly unlike working with any other salesperson in the past. He never made us feel rushed and negotiations were stress-free. When we relaized that the payments were more than our budget, Jay continued to work with us to get us in the car that would be best for our family. His customer service was outstanding. He even helped us arrange for the return of our former car to another dealer and he picked us up after dropping it off. He went above and beyond. The paperwork process moved along very smoothly and Jay took the time to show us the Service area and explain the service options onsite while extending no pressure what so ever to have to purchase a sales agreement. The experience as a whole was unprecedented in our car buying experience (over 5 cars). His service approach was top-notch and we felt like we were working with someone we had known forever. i wanted a new 2011 jeep wrangler. the problem was that what i wanted they didn't have on there lot or anywhere with in 100 miles. Steve took his time going through everything i could get on the wrangler with test driving different ones and getting a feel for the options. we finally ordered the wrangler, it was a 4 door silver 6 speed stick shift with a hard top running boards and the sound system in it. its such a beautiful car and im so happy i got it exactly how i wanted it. thanks steve More

I've been shopping around for the perfect minivan for my family for around 6 months now. I always ran into problems finding a mix of what I needed AND wanted at a reasonable price within my budget. Went to Rockland CJD on Friday intending on buying a pre-owned minivan that day. I met Mike LaPorta a couple of days earlier while just scouting the lot to see what was available. We had discussed in detail my financial situation and history and he knew what I could afford and what was out of my reach. Upon my arrival that Friday afternoon he greeted me and told me that the exact vehicle I wanted was in stock and led me to it. He knew what I wanted, what my family needed and could afford and found the perfect match for me! Mike and I started the basic paper work and negotiations, enter Rick Smalls: Rick brought me the paper work to show the figures...and explained in detail what they meant. By this time it was late in the day, the banks had closed and I didn't have all my apps filled out so I wasn't able to get the credit app in. Left all paperwork that night and the next morning they ran my info. Robert -The Finance Guy- (sorry I forgot last name) called me with news I didn't want to hear......basically, payments were going to be too much to afford, but he promised me by the time I came back in he would have a better figure for me. Lo-and-behold we got there at noon and drove away in our -new- used mini-van by 1:00 with the perfect price! I didn't know how they did it but between Mike LaPorta, Rick Small and Robert -The Finance Guy- I am affording the car that my family and I wanted and desperately needed. Can't thank you guys enough!
