JAY MURALI INFORMING ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF OUR JEEP,THE EXCITEMENT GREW. AS SOON AS MR. MURALI HELPED US OUT WITH THE PAPER WORKS, WHO BY THE WAY WAS SO PROFESSIONAL IN SO MANY WAYS, MR. Our overall experience with this dealership was good. The one issue is that the salesman was busy with other customers both times we came in. I dealt solely with Don Smith almost entirely via phone. I was looking in the Tri-State area for an AWD Charger, which was not available in my area of New Jersey. My brother recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee with his wife from this dealership and couldn't stop talking about how great the experience he had at Rockland Jeep. He recommended I contact Derrick and ask for his help to find my Jeep Grand Cherokee, so I jumped at the chance because he has spoken so well about him. Derrick got back to me with the exact vehicle I wanted within a day (on Friday). I came into the dealership on Monday to have my trade-in car appraised and to see the Jeep that was available for me. Derrick thoroughly went through every possible option the car had while we took it for a test drive. He was EXTREMELY helpful. When we returned to the dealership, the price had been worked out for my trade-in and for the new vehicle. I received a very great price for both! Jay helped to approve my loan quickly and I was able to take my new vehicle home that day. Derrick showed me where to bring my vehicle for my free oil changes. Every person in the dealership treated me wonderfully and were very personable. I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle.
