Amazing experience. Oliver McIntyre went above and beyond throughout process. Unexpected credit issue came up, and he worked with me to get resolved. Not like typical sales person that is $100-$200+ over bud throughout process. Unexpected credit issue came up, and he worked with me to get resolved. I love this service dept but I come from yonkers had an appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait th appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait this long thats ridiculous! Otherwise that is my only complaint. They should make better accommodations for customers who travel a long distance to get their vehicle repaired. More
