Excellent service! I first went to Santa Barbara Honda and they said my control panel needed replacement. The total was 850 for the part and with labor it was 1500, in a I first went to Santa Barbara Honda and they said my control panel needed replacement. The total was 850 for the part and with labor it was 1500, in addition to the 130 for diagnostics. I called Lompoc Honda, and not only was the part going to be 100+ LESS, but they would get me a rental car. Justin - in service - said he didn’t want to order that part in case it wasn’t a correct diagnostic. So, not only did RocketTown find out the problem WAS NOT the problem that Santa Barbara Honda said it was going to be..... they don’t charge me another 130 for the diagnostic tests just because they didn’t want to trust SB HONDA. Thank goodness!!!! Justin also paid for the rental car me for three days!!! From my experience with both Honda service departments, I will never take my car to SB Honda ever again. I will now drive the hour to Lompoc because I trust their service department so much more. Thank you for going above and beyond, Justin! More

Under quite a bit of pressure & a very short notice, we contacted Ron once again for another Honda to replace my husbands 2012 Civic. I wanted to give my husbands car to our son, replacing his 2011 Civic he just lost in a very tragic accident.
