Service department is the most incompetent I went on line to make a service appointment and when I called the next day because I never got a confirmation I was told " Oh that docent work " ! So I went on line to make a service appointment and when I called the next day because I never got a confirmation I was told " Oh that docent work " ! So I have to make a new appointment. I was a serviceman dream ! I told them to go through my truck and fix anything wrong. I have to putt a trailer and am going on a trip so I wanted to make sure everything was in top shape. Also rotate the tires and do an alignment and I needed a rental as I had to get to work. I also told them that in a few months I needed to purchase a new truck and wanted a titian. NOW wouldn't you think they would just be jumping to help me out ? Well I arrived and dropped off my truck and asked where the rental was ? I was told they didn't want anyone to leave because they want to talk to them and not let them leave ? My guess , they don't know how to use phones. So I waited for 1.5 hours and was told I needed a tune up so I said well while your at it please check the speedometer because it seems off. She said we will have to charge you again for another inspection ? I was also told I needed a new radiator which I said next time. I finally thought I had a rental just to find out they don't have them and I needed to go to another car rental to get one. Well to make this short they called to tell me the truck was done. I arrived , payed the bill . 787.00 for a tuneup. I got home and then noticed , well not to bad because there were other things right ? NO ! THEY NEVER DID THE ROTATION ,OR THE ALIGNMENT . I had a receipt that said Brake Fluid " requires immediate attention ! Battery cables require immediate attention ! Now don't you think that any fool would have known to fix tests or at least call and say they need fixing ? ONE DAY PEOPLE WILL ACUTELY DO THEIR JOB ! I tried calling the manager 4 times but he , I was told never comes in before 10 and apparently is too busy the rest of the day to get the phone. SAD SAD SAD ! TO SEND SOMEONE OUT NOT DOING HALF THE JOB OR CLEANING THE BATTERY CABLES AND FILLING THE BRAKE FLUID THIS WAS JUST PATHETIC. Now I have to drive to Charlotte to get work done on my Nissan truck Scott Clark Here I Come. Maybe I can find a new truck there as well. More
