Purchased a 2021 vehicle online from this dealership. They delivered it to my home the next day. The car had been keyed on the hood , left fender and the top. The vehicle had small and large door dents o They delivered it to my home the next day. The car had been keyed on the hood , left fender and the top. The vehicle had small and large door dents on both sides and the left front headlamp was cracked. So after the dealership’s finance department shotgunned my 800 plus credit score to a 712. The vehicle they delivered was not immaculate as the sales department described and sent pictures of. Anyone with eyesight could have seen and described the keyed areas and the dents on both sides of the vehicle. The cracked headlight should have been found during a safety inspection at the dealership. I did reject the vehicle, but the dealership finance department had already kill my credit score . Lesson learned do not buy a vehicle from this dealership online and get financing from your own bank if you have good to great credit. More
