He returned all phone calls and made sure we understood everything that was taking place, from choosen a reliable vehicle to staying in comfortable payments as we asked. He also gave us a tour inside the building so that we would know how to use the service lanes when entering for repairs or minor issues. Antonio assured us that we were in good hands by also providing us with contact information if we would have any questions or concerns. We we're also given the opportunity to test drive and learn different things about the car that we chose. We are now proud to say thank you for welcoming us to Nissan of Rock Hill and thanks for your excellent customer service and professionalism. More
used fraud to give me a quote I took my vehicle in to get appraised. After watching the guy dog my vehicle around the dealership, he come back and told me there was 2 wrecks on my I took my vehicle in to get appraised. After watching the guy dog my vehicle around the dealership, he come back and told me there was 2 wrecks on my vehicle in the printout he gave me, but there was only one that is actually on the record, and even the details of the 2 wrecks were exactly the same, but still claimed as 2 instead of 1. When I told him I just had it appraised prior to him and that there was only 1 wreck on the detail, he just kept on pushing me with the low-ball offer telling me nothing could be done about the fraud-based quote he wanted to buy my vehicle for, telling me he wouldn't make a profit from it anyway and that they hardly ever do make a profit. According to KBB that's all a lie, and apparently the dealership pays money to use the KBB name and get those connections from KBB, so to claim you lose money from a service you pay for is just outright corrupt to be giving quotes to your customers based on fraudulent information and then ripping off your customers because of it with lowball offers, then showing no concern about the fraud used in the quote whatsoever, only to claim it's that low because of the fraud and because you won't make money on something you paid for yourself. So after all that and getting a quote based on fraud, now my vehicle shocks are horrible sounding and my vehicle is making noise when I drive that was not there prior. Do not trust this dealership as they will just try to damage your vehicle driving wildly around the lot. I trusted them and dogged out my vehicle and then quoted me based on something I told them was fraud and even had the proof with me, but the guy was condescending and didn't seem to care he was giving me a quote based on fraud, as he claimed he wouldn't profit off of buying my vehicle even after basing it on the fraudulent information and giving me a much lower quote due to the fraud and due to the dealerships made-up lies (according to KBB). More

Horrible experience with Randolph Scott & Used Car Center UPDATE: ROCK HILL NISSAN OWNERS PLEASE READ POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT NISSAN DEALERSHIP As you can see bel UPDATE: ROCK HILL NISSAN OWNERS PLEASE READ POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT NISSAN DEALERSHIP As you can see below, RANDOLPH SCOTT, General Manager reached out to me and asked that I contact him. He was BY FAR, the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced and had no interest in resolving my issue with this dealership. I called him and left a message on Monday - no call back. I called him again on Tuesday, he answered and listened to my situation, he told me he would check things out and call me back in 45 minutes. He never called. I called him again on Thursday, he said he was 5 minutes from the dealership and he got busy on Tuesday so he asked that I call him back at 3:00 PM, it was 2:05 PM. I thought it odd, that I had to CALL HIM BACK, but I agreed. I called Mr. Scott back at 3:00 PM as requested, and left ANOTHER VOICEMAIL - NO RESPONSE I finally called Mr. Scott on Friday, left another VM and then sent a text message later on Friday saying this would be my last attempt to contact him or this dealership - NO RESPONSE. The LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and FOLLOW UP by Mr. Scott is something that the ownership should review. It looks like Mr. Scott wanted to make a a bad review look good, by reaching out, however if you are going to reach out to potential customers, you need to follow up and follow through. As a person who runs a business, I take reviews very seriously, and I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, however when I experience such poor customer service, I think people and ownership should know. If Mr Scott or the owners would like to contact me to address this review, he has my number. As a result, I am now considering filling a complaint with the BBB, FTC and SC Attorney General for deceptive marketing practices. End of Update We had a horrible experience with this Rock Hill dealer. They advertised a vehicle on their website which I was interested in buying. I went to see it and it was not there. I guess shame on me for not calling, but I figured they would have the cars they advertise online. I was told it would arrive in a couple days and they would call me. They never called so I followed up and scheduled an appointment that same day. I saw the car, was just about to take a test ride and was ready to buy it, when the sales associate came out and said they made a $12,000 error in the pricing. He said the best they could do was to provide an $800 discount on the newly establish price. Utterly ridiculous! The sales manager then came out and tried to "sell" me this car using every used car sales approach available. It was completely unprofessional and I wasted two trips on a car I was very interested in buying. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I felt duped into coming in and felt like they used this low price to get people interested in coming in. Not a great way for the new ownership at Rock Hill to start. More
