James is the man. Honest, straight forward and promised a time that was REAL. James Stevens didn’t give me the best news but told me what was NEEDED AND WANT WAS RECOMMENDED. This was the worst dealership experience I have had. First I have never left a review before as I understand things happen or people have bad days at times but this was neither. On 06-04-2021, took my 2500HD (16,686 miles) in for a simple oil change and tire balance. I was surprised when I saw my truck drive off the lot after 2 hours, and was informed that they had to test drive it - which would have been nice to know when I was dropping it off. That aside, I pulled up my GMC app to track my vehicle just to find out that the service tech had driven twice in excess of 80 MPH! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I brought this is the attention of the service manager and his response was well I am sure that he did but he had to make sure tires were balanced ... This type of culture where unacceptable behavior is rationalized does not strengthen the confidence in customers. To make this worse there is now a wobble in my steering wheel indicating unbalanced tires. I don't understand. I will not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. I do understand that I am only one customer, and will not impact this dealership's bottom line nor is that my intent. I just would like people to demonstrate ownership and accountability and do something to make things right. This morning (06-05-2021) the dealership did call me but just to follow up on how my service appointment was. Not to follow up on my above comments. I explained again to the nice lady to who I spoke about the above incident and my experience. She advised that really based on her position all she could do is apologize, to which I advised her it was not her. A further example of a lack of ownership and accountability by the dealership's management. $130 they got from me - misused/abused my vehicle while in their care as evidenced with the GMC tracking app and no balanced tires as evidenced in my steering wheel wobble which was not there when taken in.
