We have had our truck serviced here many times and Tripp Cameron had been our service advisor each time and I have to say he has been wonderful to work with !! I'm super frustrated with this dealership. 1. I have been waiting on a part for my 2021 Buick Envision for over a month. 2. Everytime I call I get the rep Michelle to where I seem to get nowhe 1. I have been waiting on a part for my 2021 Buick Envision for over a month. 2. Everytime I call I get the rep Michelle to where I seem to get nowhere. She always has an excuse as to why.. why my part isn't here why my advisor hasn't called me back. But no solution to the issue. I'm tired of talking to her and the advisor has not called me back to say ww are still waiting on the part or to see if everything was OK. I feel as though the part I'm waiting on is a pretty important part. (MOTOR MOUNTS) I was told it wasn't that bad it still had play in it keep driving. Now I'm impatient because if this car breaks down. I don't have another one UNTIL they finally get the part. I'm not sure I will ever buy another Buick or take my car here again for repair. More

After spending close to $9ok for a new GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali, I later scheduled my first maintenance appointment as it was included with the purchase. Not knowing that topping off the DEF was included, Denali, I later scheduled my first maintenance appointment as it was included with the purchase. Not knowing that topping off the DEF was included, I topped it off myself before taking it in. I was told they would top it off on the next visit. Upon returning for my next maintenance service, the Service manager, Shawn Branham, chose NOT to top it off unless I paid for it. This was in addition to denying my use of a service coupon online. In fairness the fine print did exclude diesels. I did leave the truck for them to take care of the GM recall items and it was almost 6 hours of waiting. Completely unacceptable. I planned to use them for the life of the truuck but will not return and will not recommend to anyone. A big price to pay for $20 worth of DEF that was owed to me. I only gave two stars because the Customer interface Rep (Rashid) ensured I had everything I needed during the long wait. He even got me a ride to another appointment and back. More

If you have a GMC truck like me and are having tons of issues like I am, consider geting it serviced somewhere else. There are plenty of GM dealers within 20-30 minutes drive of Rock Hill. I have had my issues like I am, consider geting it serviced somewhere else. There are plenty of GM dealers within 20-30 minutes drive of Rock Hill. I have had my truck at this dealership 4 times now for 4 seperate issues. Each time to be told the vehicle is "operating as designed"...... Clearly GM is pushing off the issues they "designed into" their vehicles hoping to pacify you until the warranty runs out. I had a RAM with some similar issues in the past that were all resolved under warranty each time I took it to the dealership. I bought this truck because I liked the way it looked and the color, I regret my 80K mistake! GM clearly does not stand behind their products and this dealership buys into it 100%. More

I purchased a vehicle from here in May 2021 and got it serviced in August in October it was leaking gas. I took the car back to GMC they told me there was nothing they could do I need to take to the Lexus serviced in August in October it was leaking gas. I took the car back to GMC they told me there was nothing they could do I need to take to the Lexus dealership we’ll I did and I have a video from the technician at Lexus stating that the leak was from my car being lifted incorrectly by whoever serviced my vehicle. It cost me $975 for repairs. I spoke with Oliver the Mgr at GMC and the technician. Oliver wanted to offer me free services for awhile on my car and the Technician stated Lexus overcharged me. Needless to say they didn’t cover the cost of the repair GMC caused. I didn’t ask for the towing charge of my car to the Lexus dealership nor for rental cost cause I was without a car for a week. I thought they were good businessmen until this experience. They should have paid for the damage they caused…. More

Worst place ever. Not only did they not fix my car after 5 weeks, but now are saying they could not find the problem after spending over $4000.00. Now they want me to spend $1500.00 to apparently fix the p 5 weeks, but now are saying they could not find the problem after spending over $4000.00. Now they want me to spend $1500.00 to apparently fix the problem they should have found 5 weeks ago. I left the dealership after both times just to breakdown. Had 2 kids the first time and by myself the second. be very wary of this place! I can say Scott was the best and did try to help us. More
