I purchased a vehicle from here in May 2021 and got it serviced in August in October it was leaking gas. I took the car back to GMC they told me there was nothing they could do I need to take to the Lexus serviced in August in October it was leaking gas. I took the car back to GMC they told me there was nothing they could do I need to take to the Lexus dealership we’ll I did and I have a video from the technician at Lexus stating that the leak was from my car being lifted incorrectly by whoever serviced my vehicle. It cost me $975 for repairs. I spoke with Oliver the Mgr at GMC and the technician. Oliver wanted to offer me free services for awhile on my car and the Technician stated Lexus overcharged me. Needless to say they didn’t cover the cost of the repair GMC caused. I didn’t ask for the towing charge of my car to the Lexus dealership nor for rental cost cause I was without a car for a week. I thought they were good businessmen until this experience. They should have paid for the damage they caused…. More
Worst place ever. Not only did they not fix my car after 5 weeks, but now are saying they could not find the problem after spending over $4000.00. Now they want me to spend $1500.00 to apparently fix the p 5 weeks, but now are saying they could not find the problem after spending over $4000.00. Now they want me to spend $1500.00 to apparently fix the problem they should have found 5 weeks ago. I left the dealership after both times just to breakdown. Had 2 kids the first time and by myself the second. be very wary of this place! I can say Scott was the best and did try to help us. More

James is the man. Honest, straight forward and promised a time that was REAL. James Stevens didn’t give me the best news but told me what was NEEDED AND WANT WAS RECOMMENDED. This was the worst dealership experience I have had. First I have never left a review before as I understand things happen or people have bad days at times but this was neither. On 06-04-2021, took my 2500HD (16,686 miles) in for a simple oil change and tire balance. I was surprised when I saw my truck drive off the lot after 2 hours, and was informed that they had to test drive it - which would have been nice to know when I was dropping it off. That aside, I pulled up my GMC app to track my vehicle just to find out that the service tech had driven twice in excess of 80 MPH! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I brought this is the attention of the service manager and his response was well I am sure that he did but he had to make sure tires were balanced ... This type of culture where unacceptable behavior is rationalized does not strengthen the confidence in customers. To make this worse there is now a wobble in my steering wheel indicating unbalanced tires. I don't understand. I will not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. I do understand that I am only one customer, and will not impact this dealership's bottom line nor is that my intent. I just would like people to demonstrate ownership and accountability and do something to make things right. This morning (06-05-2021) the dealership did call me but just to follow up on how my service appointment was. Not to follow up on my above comments. I explained again to the nice lady to who I spoke about the above incident and my experience. She advised that really based on her position all she could do is apologize, to which I advised her it was not her. A further example of a lack of ownership and accountability by the dealership's management. $130 they got from me - misused/abused my vehicle while in their care as evidenced with the GMC tracking app and no balanced tires as evidenced in my steering wheel wobble which was not there when taken in.
