I'm super frustrated with this dealership. 1. I have been waiting on a part for my 2021 Buick Envision for over a month. 2. Everytime I call I get the rep Michelle to where I seem to get nowhe 1. I have been waiting on a part for my 2021 Buick Envision for over a month. 2. Everytime I call I get the rep Michelle to where I seem to get nowhere. She always has an excuse as to why.. why my part isn't here why my advisor hasn't called me back. But no solution to the issue. I'm tired of talking to her and the advisor has not called me back to say ww are still waiting on the part or to see if everything was OK. I feel as though the part I'm waiting on is a pretty important part. (MOTOR MOUNTS) I was told it wasn't that bad it still had play in it keep driving. Now I'm impatient because if this car breaks down. I don't have another one UNTIL they finally get the part. I'm not sure I will ever buy another Buick or take my car here again for repair. More

After spending close to $9ok for a new GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali, I later scheduled my first maintenance appointment as it was included with the purchase. Not knowing that topping off the DEF was included, Denali, I later scheduled my first maintenance appointment as it was included with the purchase. Not knowing that topping off the DEF was included, I topped it off myself before taking it in. I was told they would top it off on the next visit. Upon returning for my next maintenance service, the Service manager, Shawn Branham, chose NOT to top it off unless I paid for it. This was in addition to denying my use of a service coupon online. In fairness the fine print did exclude diesels. I did leave the truck for them to take care of the GM recall items and it was almost 6 hours of waiting. Completely unacceptable. I planned to use them for the life of the truuck but will not return and will not recommend to anyone. A big price to pay for $20 worth of DEF that was owed to me. I only gave two stars because the Customer interface Rep (Rashid) ensured I had everything I needed during the long wait. He even got me a ride to another appointment and back. More
This dealer is scammer. We were told the car was given a FULL inspection and maintenance completely prior to sale to anyone, even if we weren't buying. The day we take it home they inform us the turbo had needed to be replaced. 4-5 weeks down the line on a car that's only been driven around town we get a failed catalytic converter. Maintenance department never reaches out to me despite the manager SWEARING that those things just randomly go bad (yeah right). I take it for inspection elsewhere, turn out it it highly unlikely you could go in and miss a failing catalytic converter when replacing the turbo or that the turbo itself malfunctioning could have caused the fail. I have no idea why you would broadcast all the assurances upon sale, just to pull a scam because it's clear now what they tried to pull. DO NOT GO HERE. You should not have a $3k estimate on a car fresh out of a "full" inspection. More

I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 from this dealership late one night and their service department was already closed for the day. I was told they were agressively moving their used inventory. They defintely were not telling me something just to get me to drive three hours to them. They in fact worked very hard with me on my price I needed to pay for the Mazda. The vehicle still needed a new set of tires put on and this dealership offered that if I purchased this vehicle now (did the paperwork in person) since I lived out of town, they were willing to deliver this vehicle to my home some 170 miles away at no cost in a couple of days. Great customer service is all I can say!!! More

I have had my truck at this dealership 4 times now for 4 seperate issues. Each time to be told the vehicle is "operating as designed"...... Clearly GM is pushing off the issues they "designed into" their vehicles hoping to pacify you until the warranty runs out. I had a RAM with some similar issues in the past that were all resolved under warranty each time I took it to the dealership. I bought this truck because I liked the way it looked and the color, I regret my 80K mistake! GM clearly does not stand behind their products and this dealership buys into it 100%. More
