Good Experience Went to Rock County Honda looking for a new vehicle. Tire rotation and oil change Claim Check 303 I have a 2015 Civic that I bought new at Rock County Honda and a 2009 Honda Pilot. I recently had my engine oil and CVT oil changed plus a tire rotat I have a 2015 Civic that I bought new at Rock County Honda and a 2009 Honda Pilot. I recently had my engine oil and CVT oil changed plus a tire rotation on my Honda Civic. I did something my Dad told me to do almost 50 years ago. Put a mark like a small piece of masking tape on one of your tires and oil filter so you can check to make sure the work was done. On this recent visit I paid for a tire rotation but they were not rotated. I pointed this out to Leif, the service manager. He was Great and immediately had the work done. Rock County Honda has done all my service work for the past five years and except for this one instance I have been very happy with their service. More
