This rating is strictly for the body shop. Having had previous experience with the body shop, they seemed to be the best place for a problem with paint blistering on the hood of my Pacifica. They came through beautifully, getting a new hood, rather than refinishing the problem hood. All under warranty......................For other service I will not go back. They get ZERO stars. Don't ask them to repair a tire. They won't follow industry and supplier standards. AFTER THEY SOLD ME INSURANCE FOR TIRE REPAIRS! It's dangerous! And then they ignore you. More

I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass which was pre-certified and had undergone a 125 point inspection check. As soon as I bought it - I realized the navigation was not working. The service department mentioned it was fairly a big issue and needed 2-3 days atleast to get to the vehicle. Even if the radio is a faulty part and under warranty - I was told that I may have to end up paying hundreds of dollars for technician check up and manual fees. 48 hours after I bought the vehicle - I was stuck at a parking lot ....the engine wouldn’t turn on. The batteries in key fob had drained out. As soon as I left the dealership after buying the vehicle - I noticed the gas levels were low. Providing a fair amount of gas to the customer on the day of sale should be part of their policy More
