This was my first visit to Clements and they made my vehicle purchase a breeze. They were there to answer any questions we had and didn't put on a heavy sales push, which was much appreciated. What I valued the most was that we didn't have to haggle over the price. Todd immediately came down a fair amount off the MSRP with his very first offer. I asked for a little bit more off and it was done in all of about 2 minutes. Most dealerships ask you what you're looking for your monthly payment to be and they 'magically' come in around that figure by adjusting the financing a bit. Todd was straight forward and forthright in his approach. All I was looking for was a fair deal, and I believe Todd wanted the same. Mission accomplished on both ends. Next time I buy, Todd Penz will be the first one I call. More
