Pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Growing up in Rochester, this dealership did not have a good reputation (i.e. not trustworthy in sales or service) so I've avoided it. Due to the recent commercials with John Wade and the new pricing policy, and there was a large inventory at the new Subaru center, we gave it a go. It truly was "Fast, Fair, and Simple." Pierre Maves was a very accomodating salesperson and all others were professional, knowledgeable and exhibited excellent customer service. I also love that they donate to The Rochester Boys and Girls Club with every purchase. There was a special event with Subaru and I got to choose a charity (Boys and Girls Club), there was some matching from Clements, so they ended up with a $600 donation! Walked in at 9:15. Trade-in was a breeze. Left at 10:15 to get our checkbook and returned for the pickup and very extensive tutorial on all the features. As required by law, they have to present different warranties, but I never felt the uncomfortable hard sell and found one just made for our family. "That was from 3-5pm. And I get to go back in a month with any other questions about the vehicle and continue my "training" with Robert Manthis. The local Toyota dealer has a very positive reputation, but I think the new Clements Subaru will give them a run! More

Best Car Shopping Experience! Due to a recent accident I was put in the position of having to buy a car within a few days. I quickly reviewed cars and settled on a Subaru WRX...on Due to a recent accident I was put in the position of having to buy a car within a few days. I quickly reviewed cars and settled on a Subaru WRX...one of my dream cars. There was one at the Clements Subaru dealer. The buying experience was great. Rob was excellent. Extremely knowledgable re everything Subaru and yet took the time to answer questions and listen to my wants/needs. The whole shopping process was quick, and so easy. No hassle, I just sat in the lobby and signed papers. Fantastic! Driving the car home, I noticed my lower back was hurting a little. By the time I was picking up my kids, my lower back was killing me! I knew I had to return my dream car. I called the next day and Rob was great!! "Don't worry he said, just bring the car back we'll take care of everything." I felt a little foolish having to return the car, but I knew it wasn't meant to be. For Rob and the rest of the folks at Clements it was no big thing. They made it easy without any hassle. Rob and I found a new perfect car for me...the legacy.
