Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!! More

Got my car back from their repair center to find they had zip tied the bottom of the car back on instead of using screws. They were too careless to even bother trimming the zip tie so it was super obvious, a zip tied the bottom of the car back on instead of using screws. They were too careless to even bother trimming the zip tie so it was super obvious, as it was hanging from the bottom of my car. The car was sent there for recall work and to work on a leak. They charged us $165 to spray water under the car until the driver and passenger side floor boards were full of water and then didn’t even bother to vacuum the water out that they sprayed into it to “Diagnose” the leak we TOLD them we had. The “fix” or corrective action on the work order stated “Need carpet” . Do not go there. Careless, sloppy, dangerous work in my opinion. More

Guess my Ford buying days are over Too many recalls for one. Robinson Brothers really blows when it comes to service. That said I have an extended warranty but I received a text saying it would be $574.00 to fix. Hmmmm, I have an extended warranty? Oh, we forgot about that, we’ll check on that Monday. So, that makes 6 days without my vehicle. Wonder if I get it back washed? Answer no way in xxxx. I’m done with Ford and Robinson Brothers. More
