I bought a 2015 Ford Focus from them with <80k miles. Within one day of driving the car it broke down. When I got it fixed (by a separate mechanic by the way) I was told that the front shocks were replac Within one day of driving the car it broke down. When I got it fixed (by a separate mechanic by the way) I was told that the front shocks were replaced likely due to a previous accident I was not aware of as of buying the car. Now 8 thousand dollars down the drain plus more in repairs, the car does not even allow me to start it and I get a “no key detected” error in the dashboard. Do not trust them they are scam artists. My issue is, that I buy a car with broken door lock and flat tire. I use to play deductibles to fix it, and that’s not a real problem. The real problem is, that 2 hours lock replacement cost me a tree days without my business car. Tree days! And every day they play like it’s ok that I’m still waiting and have to wait more. After all, I’ve a call from manager with questions about my experience, and punishment that what kind of business do I do, that I need this car?! What’s the deal about my profession, other don’t do that! And I use to take an advice from Maneger, not to play unhappy customer in next time, just do what Maneger says and don’t count another $20-30... First I was thinking it’s just a poor business, but now it’s looks like some kind of discrimination. More

Waited for more than an hour for a new key I had an appointment at 930 for them to give me a new key fob to replace a broken one. I arrived early at 920, and still couldn't leave until 1035am. Don't do it! You just can't trust these guys I purchased a used Mustang from these guys in 2017. I was shown how great the tires were and the brakes were fine but at my first inspection all four I purchased a used Mustang from these guys in 2017. Figuring this was a one-off, I went ahead and purchased a used Escape. The sales rep told me it needed brakes and he didn't recommend I drive the car. Why I trusted him a 2nd time I will never know. I asked him to please double check tires. He said that because I didn't drive it, whatever was wrong with it he would make right. Well you can't fix a car that reeks of cigarette smoke. No wonder he stopped me before I got the car door open! Then 15 minutes into a 1,000 mile drive my tire pressure gauge warned me of low pressure. Yeah. Every 600 miles I have to put air in. Never again. I was stupid for buying without driving, but I trusted the sales rep. Trust ME...don't ever buy used from this location. More

I got a great deal on the car I wanted and the saleman and sales manager found me a lower rate than what my bank was offering. These guys just really care about customer service and go out of their way to help you out. My entire family takes their vehicles to Robin Ford for service and we couldn't be happier. Sean, Rob and the other guys in their service department and very knowledgeable and always explain what needs to be done before doing the work. Their prices are great and between their convenient hours and the clean and friendly environment, they just treat me and my family like family every time we need service. This is truly a wonderfully run organization from sales to service. Everyone always has a smile on their face and offers to help you anyway they can. I've bought a lot of vehicle over the years from many dealers, I wish I came to Robin Ford first! I'll never go anywhere else. Top notch dealership! More
Never again! I just purchased my car a few weeks ago and it's been in the service center for about two of those weeks. Today I went to pick my car up and it reeked of cigarette smoke and had enough miles on since I dropped it off for someone to have taken it on two family vacations. It also had scratches on the interior that were not there before. They of course lied and said no one there smokes and all the miles were for test miles to make sure my problem is resolved. It's not and I am not going back there ever again. I took it to a car detailer immediately after leaving to try to get the smoke smell out but that didn't work. My car still smells like an ash tray. The Service reps are very friendly in person but their work ethic and trustworthiness is horrible. More
