The salesman was condescending and insulting to me and tried using intimidation tactics on my wife. They gave us a lot of promises, that all conveniently fell through when we went to sign the papers. They tried selling us a lemon that was far overpriced, and lied blatantly about certifying used vehicles saying that GM wouldn't allow them to certify an 09 Pontiac Vibe. We consulted later with GM themselves and other GM dealers to learn that there were probably too many things broken on the car to certify it, so they lied to get out of it. They also had to put thousands of dollars of repairs and maintenance into the car we were looking at, but conveniently none of the repairs made it to the carfax or vehicle maintenance reports. We didn't learn about it until we started asking a lot of questions. If you decide to go with this dealer, research everything they tell you. I'm glad we got out of there before we were taken advantage of. I had a very bad experience. More
