As a commercial contractor I have purchased dozens of vehicles over the years from different dealerships. Robertsons GMC was by far the most pleasant experience i've ever had. Even though I was from out vehicles over the years from different dealerships. Robertsons GMC was by far the most pleasant experience i've ever had. Even though I was from out of state, they were able to put the deal together and the paperwork was handled quickly. I drive a lot so I usually bring my car in for an Oil change about once a month, the service department is friendly and they treat you like part of the family. I always hear horror stories of people brin change about once a month, the service department is friendly and they treat you like part of the family. I always hear horror stories of people bringing there car to the dealer and I truly cannot relate, will never go anywhere else for service and definitely will be buying my next car from Robertson's! Made a appointment to have factory warranty work in my truck made reservation for my day off 10 minutes after I dropped it off I got a call stating that they are not qualified to do warranty work so I did truck made reservation for my day off 10 minutes after I dropped it off I got a call stating that they are not qualified to do warranty work so I did not have to lose another day of work I asked them how much it would be for the work they said around $160 I said ok back in my truck I noticed the bill was actually over $400 and they charged my card over $400 I went back they said in 2 days the money would be back in my account and charged my card $203 it’s been over 40 days the$430.24 didn’t make it back in to my account i called them email them no one knows what happened to the money More
