Bought new Tacoma. Paid xtra for heated seats to be added and for it to be delivered (Knoxville). When they delivered truck heated seats hadn't been wired. They took it back so added 800 miles before I ever got it. They refused to apologize or offer compensation. They tried to redeliver it 18 days later but driver ran over something and blew a rear tire. Towed it back to dealership. Put on new tire. Delivered to me next day. Truck had chip in windshield, broken mud flap, big chunk out of front tire tread. They refused to fix issues. Took it to local dealer for inspection then contacted Toyota Corporate. The sales manager finally agreed to let local dealer fix issues and Roberts would pay them to do it. However, the owner, Cackie Roberts refused to agree to replace the damaged tire and was totally not apologetic! In fact, she was mean. These people do not provide customer service and do not care about you. More
