I wasn’t going to buy a car during the pandemic due to health concerns, but I talked to my sales associate,Zach, and he insured that there were absolutely no issues. We did the whole deal over the phone, and I came in the next day to sign papers. Zach had a table set in the corner so I was isolated from everyone else, everyone wore masks, and I was in the building less than 45 minutes. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about the truck, and had written out instructions for me for several new tech features, like remote start from my phone. Each feature worked exactly as he had described. This eliminated us having to sit in the truck together so social distancing was totally maintained. The deal itself was better than I had expected and I’m super happy with my new F-150. More
I was pleased with the service that I received, and the technician was good and thorough! Had an issue with my 2018 F-150, and contacted Jack Phegley via e-mail to help resolve the problem. The shop was very busy, but he worked me in the following day for oil change and a test. Rachel Rushin helped me during the visit to correct paper work after the computer crash. Jack and Rachel made my experience at Roberts Motors an easy and pleasant experience. In the middle of COVID 19 there were no staff wearing masks, and they didn't report having wiped down the car after the technician having changed the oil and wasn't wearing plastic gloves. I also needed to have a part put on the car and the service manager said to talk to the service advisor, but he told me they only do oil changes on Saturday. I was very disappointed! More

Made app. for following Monday, could not make it, called and changed it to the following monday. 7/21/20. 2pm. took truck out there , i had no app. scheduled, some one did not note the change. told me they would fit me in. ok , was 1 hr before truck was took into shop, then another hr for oil change, total 2 hrs for a oil change, not acceptable. i could see my truck in 1st stall, so I watched technician. he spent more time doing nothing as he did working on my truck. i worked 2 yrs as a shop manager in a 16 bay garage. my recommendation would b e hire a shop manager , if you have one already, re-train him or fire him, no one that i could see was in charge, I bought my truck there, have had it serviced there, so i will continue with scheduled appointments, hopefully the service will improve , if not i will stop, using your service. More
