Thank you for your time to write your review. We can understand how important having your camaro in top condition is. Although the vehicle was not purchased here we greatly appreciate the business in service! This is a difficult situation as the holland tire center has denied responsibility for the damage to the wheels. The owner( Bob DeNooyer) took the 2010 camaro over with you to the shop and spoke with the manager to verify what happened in their facility. Our offer is to refurbish the wheels, which we will pay 100% which is $300 per wheel ($1200 total) or give a credit towards purchasing the new rims are $600 per rim ($2400 total)...customer's portion toward new wheels would be $1200. The company that refurbishes the wheels claims the wheels will look new or very close to new as they are alloy wheels. We are currently evaluating if we should purchase a machine to mount and balance the rims for our sports cars. In the past we have not had any issues come up with this particular sublet repair facility. We pride ourselves in having a very limited amount of sublet repairs at our dealership! We prefer to have everything under our control with our experienced staff. I know this is a patience testing situation as it takes time to refurbish the wheels. Our service department will provide you with a vehicle while the camaro is out of service...I know that is not perfect. Feel free to give me a call after the wheels are refurbished and I will try to be reasonable if their condition is not up to a high standard for a 2010 camaro. Thank you, Dominique DeNooyer 616.396.2333 x247
