Got an oil change, wire harness recall, window motor replacement, and oil leak issue done here back in January (about $1300 worth of work). I was in the waiting room for almost 6 HOURS. I went to re replacement, and oil leak issue done here back in January (about $1300 worth of work). I was in the waiting room for almost 6 HOURS. I went to rent a trailer at the beginning of spring to do some yard work and found out that two of the plugs on the wire harness did not work (about 3 weeks after getting the recall done). THEN I noticed ANOTHER oil leak in my garage but had to wait to save money...thinking it was a bigger issue. I ended up taking it to ANDERSON AUTOMOTIVE to get it checked. I dropped my car off and was in and out in one day, and they were so nice! Turns out that Brogden Kia didn't tighten my oil filter or drain plug back on. I guess I was lucky the drain plug didn't fall out and that I burnt up my motor going down the highway. But lucky for me the manager was willing to give me an oil change and not reimburse me for the $80 that I had to pay Anderson to do Kia's job right. No thanks! I'd rather not go back to the shop that messed up my car. More
I’ve been waiting for my car for 5 days. No loaner car. I even gave them the code that came up on the computer when the vehicle stopped on my 2022 Kia Sorento! I have no vehicle even though they know I have a service contract but state they take a whole week just to diagnose a vehicle, even though I purchased this vehicle from them brand new with 14 miles on it. It now has 26,000 miles, and it stopped on me at a red light and cut off. I purchased an additional $4000 high tech maintenance service contract and I still don’t have a loaner vehicle until they diagnose it. They have horrible service. They just called me and thought I put an aftermarket remote start on a prestige line vehicle when it came with the Kia connect inc app with the remote start and all the bells and whistles with it! Now I’m afraid the technicians aren’t certified here! Do not buy, as they do not value their previous customers. More
Terrible service rude dealers, brand new car already broke down can’t drive it, won’t give a loaner, they cat fix it for a month terrible service. Paid over 8000 for extended service and warranties. And they won’t even attempt to get it in sooner or give a loaner. Their cars are pure crap! Can’t get to work without a car. Never go to this place for a car!!! More
I got a flat tire while visiting my husband in the hospital. I called Olathe Kia and spoke to Mark in service dept. He was extremely helpful and gave me the number to the Kia roadside assistance. T hospital. I called Olathe Kia and spoke to Mark in service dept. He was extremely helpful and gave me the number to the Kia roadside assistance. They came and towed my car to Olathe Kia promptly. All the while the driver was in contact with me plus I received text messages advising me the status of my vehicle. I also had an appt for service to be done next week and Mark from Olathe Kia Service Dept called me to ask if I would like for them to go ahead and service my car while they had it for the tire so I wouldn't have to come back in a few days. I greatly appreciate Olathe Kia and Mark for the excellent service they provided for me. Thank you. More
#1: I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, new cabin air filter, and wanted to buy a spare tire kit for my KIA Soul. Brent, the manager insisted my car wouldn't accommodate a spare tire, but I showed hi air filter, and wanted to buy a spare tire kit for my KIA Soul. Brent, the manager insisted my car wouldn't accommodate a spare tire, but I showed him on my phone that KIA sells them for my make and model. I said let's look in the back; and sure enough, there was a space under the cargo area for a spare tire. But he said "they're on back order". Another local dealer had them in stock. #2: I was told the cabin filter didn't need changed. I doubted that, so the next day I pulled out the old one to find it was VERY dirty. They hadn't even looked or tried to change it. It would appear Brent's fragile male ego was more important than customer service or selling products that day. Won't be back. The previous service manager was excellent. But not Brent. More

1st scheduled service here. My pre owned vehicle with 31,000 miles on it was scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and recall work. After waiting several weeks to get an appointment, work was performed, did not receive call back that work was complete, fluids were not filled, technicians left greasy hand prints on drivers seat, interior of driver door. Service perforned 6/15/2021 Unsure if Advisor performed the work, do not want to throw him under the bus. More
