I have had to have my vehicle serviced multiple times, usually a recall or warranty work. Customer service in the service department has been horrible. The last visit was for final resolution for a recall. I made a reservation weeks ahead. So they knew I was coming, and why! When I arrive, I ask how long I would be there. My appointment was for 9:00 and the service rep said I should be out by 11am. At 11:00, the service rep advised they didn’t have the part, but was going to pick it up and it would be another 30 minutes. At 12:30 I inquired what the hold up was and the STILL did not have the part. 2 1/2 hours later!!!! I left!! Of course, I was angry. I told them to bring me my car, I wasn’t going to wait any longer. The service rep apologized and said they would call when the part arrived. It’s been a month! I have never, NEVER had a positive service appointment at Robert Brogden Olathe Kia!! More

This dealership did a great job of making sure my vehicle was taken care of! I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment, but Rodney was so kind and had me come in at a later time that same day, and I got was taken care of! I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment, but Rodney was so kind and had me come in at a later time that same day, and I got my recall and oil change taken care of all in one day. Rodney was fantastic. We need more people like Rodney in the world! More
