Took my Cadillac in for a normal routine oil change and tire rotation. Could not complete my full inspection and could not check the battery. Notified me it's in the trunk and would have to dissemble to ch tire rotation. Could not complete my full inspection and could not check the battery. After asking questions to get my battery checked at a later date I would have to schedule a new appointment and have to pay for the service fees. When doing an oil change it's a free check service and included and now it's not because of where mine is located. More
