All 3 service writers are top notch. They help each other and are very accommodating to the customers. They extended special assistance to a lady with a walker without any fanfare. A tech, Arein, (spelling) came out to my truck to correct an issue. I told him not to spend any time as it wasn’t a big deal and he had other work waiting. He still spent time to satisfy this customer. I was kept informed. Phone calls were pleasant & timely. I appreciate the overall attitude of the personnel I’ve been in contact with. We’ll be back & will recommend this dealership because of the people. Thanks. More

My salesman Chistian was great and had all paperwork ready for the used Nissan Frontier I purchased. The finance manager was clear cut, to the point, and a very dry sense of humor. However the mecha ready for the used Nissan Frontier I purchased. The finance manager was clear cut, to the point, and a very dry sense of humor. However the mechanical service department could use some more training. While they were trying to repair an exhaust leak to clear a P2096 code, they failed and the exhaust still leaks and the code re-appeared weeks later. They shop also replaced the clutch and didn't install the rubber sleeve over the positive terminal for the starter relay and it sits less that 1/64" away from a grounded heat shield, thankful that was caught later and repaired with the exhaust.
