Was charged for oil change & tire rotation; after I got home realized they had NOT rotated tires. Took it back the next day to have the job done! I took my GMC Terrain to Robert Brogden GMC as it had an engine issue that should have been covered by a GM recall. I called ahead and the service manager told me the car would be covered. Day two after t engine issue that should have been covered by a GM recall. I called ahead and the service manager told me the car would be covered. Day two after towing it there, a service guy called and said I needed a new engine for $9000. I told him what the service manager had told me about the recall. When I asked what testing had been done to determine the engine was bad, he had no answer other than the technician told him so. He told me he'd find out and check why it wasn't warrantied as the manager had told me. NO call back for a week. I left 3 messages that week, no call. Finally called to tell me it was not covered. I asked who to escalate this to as I'd been told it was, he said he'd do it for me. Never called me back. Finally chased down the original service manager again after another week and a half of left messages. Told me the other service guy was no longer there. He said he'd look into it again. Waited another two weeks, leaving messages, was never called back. After another two weeks, the overall service manager called me to ask why my car was in their lot. The previous service guy was no longer with them. Unbelieving, I explained the entire story, for the third time. Said he'd check it out. Two weeks later, after leaving messages three times, answered the phone to tell me I was out of luck. The district said they would not warranty it either. So, two months plus later, they completely blew me off. Their suggestion.... call the GMC customer complaint line. What a crock. I feel I was lied to repeatedly by the first two service guys so I would get the car in there and then pay the $9000 to fix it. Complete disregard for customer service and continual lying and avoiding my calls. I've also never had a dealership "lose" my case before. I will never go back to this dealer nor will I ever recommend them to buy a car. If their service department is this screwed up, how about the rest of the dealership!!!! More

Service department has been fine with my first oil change. I had an appointment. It still took 1-1/2 hours but that was okay. However, the sales department has not followed up on some issues that I had on the first day I picked up my truck. 1. I asked for an owners manual. I was told they would get me one and mail it or I could pick it up. It's never happened. 2nd, and this is the big one. The day I purchased my truck, after it was detailed and running boards put on, I came to pick up the truck and noticed that the detailers had scratched the paint on both driver's fron and rear door. There was also a paint chip now in the drivers door that was not there the day before when I decided to buy the truck. The sales manager said it was no problem and sent it over to buff the scratches out. They only did the drivers door but not very good as I can still see it everytime I get into the truck. The rear door scratches are still there as well. I was told the paint shop had to order touch up paint to fix the chip in the middle of the driver's door and they would call me in a week or so. That was on January 31st. I still have not heard from them. You'd think that during the 1-1/2 hours I was there waiting for my oil to get changed and tires rotated that they would have updated me on the paint issues? I don't know. Maybe the sales department and service department don't talk to each other? PS I don't remember names well so you should update this rating form to have everyone's picture on it. More
Went in for oil change and tire rotation and when I left I noticed the tire pressure was set to 30 not 35. I went right back in and they said it would take a few minutes to recalibrate. I drove about 5 mile I noticed the tire pressure was set to 30 not 35. I went right back in and they said it would take a few minutes to recalibrate. I drove about 5 miles, stopped and after about 15 minutes still showed 30 on 2 tires and 31 on 2. Drove back to dealer and they admitted they set wrong and added air to 35 More
Was at dealership approx month ago - fixed “purge valve/air leak”, but had similar problem after in Fla. / - so Josh and Josh fixed this time (excellent detail of issue + fix (water pump).
