The service center was courteous and professional, however they weren't able to diagnose the issue of my battery dying twice in the past month despite the battery checking out good on diagnostics. They had to keep the vehicle an extra day, so communication could have been better. They also had trouble finding my vehicle when I went to pick it up. The service was under warranty, so no cost, but hopefully next time they can find the issue! More

I had an oil and filter change, but your techs forgot to reset the percent mileage indicator. Now it shows less than 20% left. I am handicapped and it is difficult to drive that far just to have someone r reset the percent mileage indicator. Now it shows less than 20% left.
