When I first checked in the person was by my vehicle and told me to wait inside to get checked in. It took a long time before he came inside to check me in. When I called after 5 hours he said yes they just finished it and I could come pick it up. Then I got a text message saying it was ready. What a coincidence. When I went to pick it up it took a while for him to figure out how to check me out. All the while that he was outside running around there were other people just sitting around not doing anything that could have helped him. Don’t know if I will come back or just go to McCarthy to get my service work. More

I scheduled an appointment online for the morning and dropped it off. They said they were going to have a computer downtime but getting my vehicle serviced would not be an issue. They told me they wouldn't be able to get to it today and I should drop it off again tomorrow morning because of course that is easy for people to do. Good times. This place is not good. Avoid. More
