They are crooks! They tried to tell us the brakes were bad on our truck when my husband had just replaced them less than a month ago! All we went in for was an oil change and air bag recall. When we dropped off the truck the night before we stopped to look at new vehicles. The Salesman told us that they get quite a few people who are in to get oil changed and then buy a new vehicle. Now I know why! Because they make up stuff to tell you your vehicle needs in order to make you think you need a new one. Hate to think how many people they have scammed who didn’t just replace their brakes. More

My first 2 customer service experiences were great! This one was poor. For now getting my oil changed and tires rotated were fine. The dealership is very clean and presents itself well to customers. The staff is very friendly also. The concern I had with this particular visit is that it took over 30 minutes for the service paperwor customers. The staff is very friendly also. The concern I had with this particular visit is that it took over 30 minutes for the service paperwork to make it from the shop to the service agent. I was told, voicemail message, that the recall on my Terrain would only take about 15 minutes. The service shuttle I had scheduled when I made the appointment was canceled by Jennifer per a voicemail she had left me. I sat in the service waiting room for an hour.. I saw my Terrain parked outside of the shop and unattended. I assumed they had not gotten to it yet. I had another appointment I was going to be late for and inquired how much longer it would be on my Terrain. I was told it might be another 15 or 20 minutes. I called my wife to come pick me up so we could go to our appointment. As I was getting into the car with her I received a text that my Terrain was ready. It hadn’t moved from where I saw it parked for over 30 minutes. We went to our appointment and returned afterward to pick up my Terrain, which by the way, was still parked where I had observed it previously. This was a very frustrating experience since, obviously, my Terrain had been ready the entire time I had seen it parked outside the shop. There could have and should have been much better communication between the shop and the service agent. More
