It would have been nice for an approximate wait time so I could have made the decision to come back or leave the vehicle so my day wouldn't have been wasted on top of not having a full quote for repairs as being unable to drop a fuel tank which would have extended my time at the dealership. Called with an issue on a 2023 Sierra. Brian let us come in right away without an appointment and got it right in for the diagnostics. Took 4 trips in to get my rearview camera screen mirror working again. Replaced 2 parts to then realize it was a short in the camera wire. Spent a ton of time waiting in the waiting room on this vehicle an working again. Replaced 2 parts to then realize it was a short in the camera wire. Spent a ton of time waiting in the waiting room on this vehicle and 2 of the trips was out of my vehicle for 3 days at a time. The last time in you guys had my vehicle in for 3 days. Instead of replacing the faulty module right away you pissed away 3 days trying to get it to update only to then have to replace the module again. When it was determined that there was a short in the camera and it needed to be replaced I got a call from the service team that my warranty would only cover the camera not the labor. I had to call into the warranty company where I clearly explained what was going on and they ended up covering it, a call the service team should have been easily able to handle. Countless hours being on site and on the phone with you guys wasted. More
