There was an initial communication issue regarding when I wanted to get my truck back after an oil change and cabin filter as there was an issue with a running board that would have to be resolved at a later wanted to get my truck back after an oil change and cabin filter as there was an issue with a running board that would have to be resolved at a later date. Joshua Storey took over and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He followed up with the warranty company on my running board and called to let me know the company approved the repair and parts have been ordered. My only minimal complaint was that I scheduled the service online and I received 2 emails saying that they had received my request and that someone would get back to me to confirm the scheduled appoin service online and I received 2 emails saying that they had received my request and that someone would get back to me to confirm the scheduled appointment, but I never got a text, email or phone call to actually confirm the appointment.
