If it was a one off I would understand but it has been multiple times the service has been less than ideal. And we are just coming for our oil changes etc, not any major issues. Not sure what is going on but this isn’t the first 1 star review I left and it’s always the same “form filled” response. You want to charge sky high prices for parts and labor, you want us to accept mediocre, and then you turn around and want us to trade in our vehicle at your dealership.

My response is not form filled, I responded to it myself. We do apologize about the issues, and we are in the process of getting everyone on the same page to get the service procedures and all that goes with it in line with our expectations.
