10am appointment. Explained 1.I needed to get car and be back at office for a 4pm meeting & 2.problem with drive setting only stay about 2 days. NOT A SETTING PROBLEM. I was phoned at 3:50 to come an get car. The only thing done was "Check, Changed vehicle settings." Two days later setting were lost. I call Cable Dahmer. They picked up and delivered my vehicle. Cable LISTENED and searched service notes finding a reported issue. Cable applied correction to software. It's been a week now without failing again. More

I have been a customer of Robert Brogden for more than 15 years. My recent service was on time, and I was in an out with no issues. The service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what to years. My recent service was on time, and I was in an out with no issues. The service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what to expect. My major complaint is that corporate or the dealership has made a decision to not accept personal checks. I much prefer to "pay as I go" for maintenance on our vehicles and am disappointed that after all these years of paying with a check, the only method of payment appears to be a credit card. More
