Terrible, not knowledgeable. Asked for a transmission service and they flushed the transmission instead of servicing the transmission. Service as described in the owners manual and on GMC website states to drain all fluid and replace the filter. I had to put a new $10,000 Allison automatic transmission in because you guys flushed it. I researched on line through many forums and Allison website as well as spoke to numerous transmission shops in KC are and all day to never flush that transmission. All agreed that flushing is what ruined the transmission. I will use all methods possible to warn others to never use your service department for anything. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my transmission prior to your service guys flushing it. Your management was very unprofessional about handling this when brought to their attention. I have 16 GM vehicles and will warn everyone I know to stay away from your dealership including using social media. More
