We were told to bring it in but that they were already double booked and couldn’t promise they could get it taken care of in time but would try their best. By Saturday at noon Corey had called to say the problem was not only figured out but fixed entirely! We are extremely grateful for them fitting us in and being so helpful. Thank you! More

Took longer than I expected but excellent customer service. Your waiting room television is set on some sort of loop and if you have to be there for a couple of hours it would ha e been nice for the dealership Your waiting room television is set on some sort of loop and if you have to be there for a couple of hours it would ha e been nice for the dealership to have options. Falsely charged but has been corrected I brought my Sierra truck in for a oil change and transmission service last Saturday afternoon. I was called and given my costs over the phone and wa I brought my Sierra truck in for a oil change and transmission service last Saturday afternoon. I was called and given my costs over the phone and was charged my credit card via the phone because I made arrangements to pick up the truck after the service departments closing time. When I came to pick up the truck the sales receptionist gave me my keys and receipt. The receipt was $60 more than the amount I was told over the phone. I have the Ally oil change program and was charged for the oil change. This was discussed with the service writer when I brought the truck in. There was no one to dispute this charge since the service department was closed. I contacted my service writer the following Monday and left a message. There has been no response from anyone at Brogden so far. This makes me wonder if the added charge was not a simple mistake but rather trying to run up my bill. Seems very dishonest to me. More

Great job trouble shooting a difficult starting problem The service team did a great job identifying that my windshield was leaking and created a short on my fuse/breaker panel which disabled my vehicle.
